don't believe the hypeI’m pretty amazed that WhatsApp had just 1 “business guy” on the team.

It shows what a focus on the product can do especially if you focus on the right business opportunities.

My other favorite line from this article about Neeraj Arora (the WhatsApp business guy”) was his view on PR:

The users you get from press and hype are not the best users.

Contrarian thoughts especially at the present time where hype and creating an air of momentum seem to be in favor.
